There are few items that have been so anticipated, the grid print dress from 17 Sundays is all kinds of a cult item already. We came, we saw it on the runway, we wanted it! Well, I certainly did. I jumped on the chance to own one and after much deliberation, I decided to order a size down from my usual size and get the medium.
Ooooo, risky!
I love the slouch, I’m all about the slouch. But this dress I wanted to be short and sweet, I wanted spring chic and I knew long before it arrived that my nude shoes were the perfect match. So for those playing at home, I’m around 178cm and currently wear a 22/24 in pretty much all brands of clothing (including swimmers).
As far as I can figure, this dress looks amazing with nude and with denim. A bright rich blue is perfection with this colour. Accessories should be gold since the grid print is actually gold. Sorry team, my photos don’t really show that well. I have some grey strappy shoes that I’m considering pairing with it as well. But I’m worried it could be too matchy matchy. I’ll keep you posted.
So enjoy team.
I’m putting together a list of perfect spring/summer dresses. YAY! And you better believe this one will be on it. I strongly recommend adding a spring dress to your wardrobe. Have you seen any? Let me know in the comments. You know, after you’re done ooooo’ing and ahhh’ing over the awesome that is this dress.

Legs for days and extra days. . . .
Hahaha. Thanks lady. They had to be photoshopped to remove my busted up knee (lots of gross grazes and cuts), maybe she made them longer too. 😉
