You are awesome!! I would normally be the voice of doom and gloom when it comes to such radical changes in a diet, changes which can be hard to sustain long-term. But I know why this is so important to you, and you just sound so happy with the changes thus far, that I just can't help but be excited right along with you.Go girl – you're doing great!!xxxCate

Sounds AH-Maze-ING!Coming from someone who's usually on a sugar free diet (but has been rather naughty of late) Congratulations! The start is usually the hardest part but hearing of your results and enthusiasm, you've inspired me to get back on it.Best of luck with week 2 – if this is how far you've come already it looks like nothing can stop you now xx

I have been following the Quit plan for 14 weeks and have lost 8.5 kgs …feel so great and in control of my life . I am even growing my fingernails unrelated I know but it means a lot to me as again I am in control of my emotions…my cholesterol was way hi and now is normal:) I am happy and so is my doctor. I had a month there where I plateaued but really cut down on bread and it started moving again..keep it up .I have around 5-6 kg to go but have dropped 2 sizes in my clothing. Gabrielle
