I started doing Weigh-In Wednesday with Anna yesterday through my blog. Although it's early days, I have a weekly spreadsheet (yeh, sounds anal) that I'm listing what I have to do each day / week and putting it on the fridge – I'll adjust it each week based on my goals for the week. Well, already I love looking at all the ticks! So, think that will work for me at least until I get bored with it! And cutting out the carbs just for 1 day has seen 2.5kg go – jeez, what fluid I hang on to!

Nice loss. :)I still belong to temptation sadly. She is a seductive woman I fight on a daily basis. We're currently half half. Depends on the wiles she uses.

Mel, when I lost my 18kg, I started 2 days after my birthday…that was on the 27th of October and still managed to keep loosing weight over Christmas. Then by March, I was there, right where I wanted to be. Don't let Christmas be a stumbling block. Use the inspiration to show the world your will power!!! Keep up the fantastic work. Love Tam

4kg!! That's great!I'm aiming for 3kg per month, and I won't be weighing until the last day of each month. Don't want to get discouraged you know.
