The eat right phase.

Lots of people have been asking me lately how much weight I’ve lost now. The answer is not much at all. Most of the reduction in size is from muscle tone and a reduction in body fat. As it is when your primary focus is the gym. I’m proud as punch with the results. I haven’t bought this many clothes in AGES! A sure fire sign I’m feeling all kinds of wonderful.

And now, it’s time for phase two.

The watching what I eat phase. I am combining a few popular programs, working within the parameters of them all. I’m about to work with a weight loss coach through the Weight Watchers program to set some goals {short term right up to my end goal} and work out some of my issues. I have food issues. Have for as long as I can remember. I’m looking forward to it.

First goal, 10kg.

And not losing my freakin’ mind. As I am a little prone to do when it comes to al things food and weight loss. Hence the no time frame thing. I think that I’ll lose it as fast or as slow as I do. My role model is Zoe. Yes, tiny, blogs over at Little Swallow Zoe. She had 20kg to lose after the birth of her kids and bit by bit over the past couple of years has taken it off. That’s my plan. Take my time and do it smart so I only have to do it once.

That said, it’s time for the gym.

Later gators.

Good on you! I’ve used weightwatchers 3 times (3 kids) and its been fantastic every time. Winter isn’t the easiest time to eat well though, as I’ve learned these last few weeks!

Thanks! Always great to hear people who have had success on any program.

Surprisingly I’m better in Winter. I party less. Haha.

I’m doing weight watchers and I love it! I haven’t felt hungry except the first few days when I was working out when to eat my points and what types of food to choose. But I absolutely love it!
