Working for the WOman

Howdy ladies and gents. I thought I’d give you a quick update from me.
Today I didn’t get ANYTHING done. I had a great time. I melted and swore at the heat a little. I went to lunch with my sis. Afterwards we went over to visit my SIL and Arleigh. Bec and Jarlan were there and it was like a play date. But naked. On the kids part. All sorts of adventures ensued and soon we went home.
On our way we grabbed a copy of the latest Cosmo Bride. Not because there are any more weddings on the horizon but because Hubby and I are in it. About page 140 talking about our hints on making a marriage works. Well. Me talking. Hubby was talked about. My sis is pretty excited to be in Cosmo. I’m excited the article worked out okay. I was nervous. I’m no relationship guru. Not AT ALL.
Hubby is pretty excited too.
AND turns out, I’m going to take a job with my Mum’s new bosses. I’m excited because they’ve guaranteed that I won’t end up in property management {I’m done for a while again}. I’ll be my Mum’s PA. Just like a few years ago. I’m REALLY excited. I’ll get to manage the social media stuff, websites and promotional stuff. You know, as well as a butt load of paperwork. Haha.
Because it is part time {20 hours per week} I’ll still be able to blog lots, do blog makeovers and do all the things I set goal wise for the next little while. But, you know, with more cash in my pocket and Italy fund! And like Dan has been saying for a while when I complain about not being able to shop, buy sushi and do other money frivolous type stuff… Time to get off your ass and get a job. So, you know, I did!
That’s about it for me at the moment. Hubby’s home from two days in a truck. And I missed him. So I’m off to catch up on what he’s been up to. I hope you had a looooovely day.
