I’m alive!

Yesterday, mid afternoon. Not Happy Jan.
I made it through day one. I even exercised. I only felt hungry once. And that was after dinner, which, let’s face it was probably more habit than anything else. I’ve been drinking loads of water. I’ve been complaining. A LOT. I didn’t expect it to be so difficult. Little did I know what I thought was a taste for savory foods was actually a taste for sugar laden then salted foods. Tricky. Very tricky.
But there is one thing that I didn’t count on. I am determined to do it. Like dead set that this is it. I know now that it will be a challenge. Yesterday, I had no idea what I was getting myself in for having barely given it a second thought. I decided, made up my mind and went for it. Read the book overnight and implemented the plan in my life immediately. It was poorly thought out and clumsily installed. But here is it.
And you know what, I think I can do it.

  3. It's really tough, especially in the beginning. Hubs did it a while back. But it did wonders for him! I might get the book out and have a shake-up myself!

  4. Yay you! Keep it up.. Maybe reward yourself with mini none food treats? I'm all for distraction methods! Hopefully you feel better soon! I get the jitters without my coffee, couldn't imagine no suger!

  5. Aww poor Suger! No good on you for giving it a go! I wouldn't be able to make the day x

  6. You can definitely do it! You've never much inspired me to re-read the second book as well. Cause I realise there are things I am forgetting, or getting a bit lax about!

  7. Sometimes just jumping right in – no thinking it over, no over-analysing – and just doing it is the best way to go! Good luck!

  8. Of course you can do it! I have complete faith in you.

  9. You are a brave and courageous woman. Also I'll be joining you. As much as I can. Maybe I should post it on my blog… Hmm.
