I’m sick. My first cold like, sore throat thing of the season. Not too shabby. Especially considering my tiny little office has had many the weeks of being a germ haven. And the other week while I was training I kept picking up a pencil, shared with the trainee, that had been coughed on, and putting it in my mouth. Not deliberately, of course. But absentmindedly.
Right. That was a gross over share. Couldn’t you just picture the germs loitering around the end of the pencil. Eeewwww. Anyway. Moving on. The cold thing. It’s minor. I can tell. Head cold. Mostly. But I’m tired and coughing. I am willing myself well by Sunday. Blog meet here I come. I will have {decent!} Sushi come hell or high water. And high water is not something we joke about around here {get that, it was a flood joke!}.
How much do you love Glee. I think it could be the major musical theatre nerd in me that is totally drawn to it. But I just love that it is upbeat, relative and unafraid to tackle the big topics. Doesn’t it just remind you of the charm and fun of the Brady Bunch era of TV but with singing and dancing EVERY episode? Don’t scoff, the Brady Bunch was pretty out there for it’s time. Hello, DOUBLE BED!
So. That’ about everything. Except. We had tacos for dinner. Soft and hard. Because that’s how we roll. I am still full. But what an awesome meal. So yummy. Good too. Lots of chopped salads and 4 star lean mince {hello 2 for $11 sale!}. Great.
