It’s been a rough week. My work has moved into ridiculous territory. Saturday we bury my Dad’s younger brother after short, furious battle with Cancer {the fucker – Cancer, obviously, not my Uncle}. I have barely slept due to medication I am on. I am drained. Exhausted. And I could give you a lengthy, whingy list.
But I won’t. I am alive, well, loved and ridiculously blessed.
So tonight, I got my hair done. At the hippest salon in town. My cousin Bec’s house. Because stuff it. This week can go stuff itself. And being the true rock star she is, she turned out this brilliant result. More later, I am enjoying a good bawl while watching Oprah.
