My sister told me a story today. She doesn’t read my blog {not often, anyway} and therefore didn’t know the comedy gold that she was handing me. And now, for your viewing pleasure, here it is…
You know those family stickers things, she said as she tossed us around the corner into the undercover car park at the shopping centre. Like that one, over there. She pointed with her hand and with the car, a little. I nodded. Feeling nauseous. All this rocking and rolling coupled with my big night before were combining badly in my queezy belly.
She said nothing. I realised she didn’t see my nod and squeezed out a yup from between my clenched teeth. It’s not that her driving was that bad. Just loose, you know. Floppy.
I know this couple she said who had themselves on her car. Him and her. And one day she was taking her nan for a perm… I squinted, wondering of the relevance of this point… And when they came out, she resumed, someone had stuck a poodle onto their car, next to the Him and Her.
What really!!!? I said. No way. No waaaaay. Yes way, she chuckled back. And we laughed and laughed. Her driving got no better.

{And yes, I realise that soon this entire blog will be all about my family stickers. Sorry about that. I just find them so freakin’ funny sometimes.}
