Reoccurring tasks annoy me

Well, they do, ok! I just can’t stand things that need to be done over and over again. I can’t stand it. I find it hard to muster the enthusiasm to complete the task. I procrastinate and let them stack up until the overwhelming nature of them overwhelms me. 
Mostly I put it down to that I like to tick things off my to do list. I like to wrap it up in a nice little ‘I’m DONE’ bow. There is something about completing a task that you know will commence needing to be done again the moment you finish that frustrates me. Drives me batty.   
My top five most annoying reoccurring tasks are;
  1. Dishes
  2. Laundry
  3. Tax Return/BAS
  4. Filing
  5. Weeding Gardens
Does it bug you that some thing are never finished? 
Or is it just me?

    LOL… our lists are the same hun :-) xxxYou know what i find anoying when someone says can you make me a coffee ! When they just walk past the kitchen ,Or after they finish a meal they wait till you take it to the sink ggrrr ARGHHHHH

    With teenagers mine is cleaning up the kitchen after dinner only to have them get hungry again around 8.30-9.00pm and there are dishes piled up again sigh!

    Pearl, don't tell my Mum but I've skipped the making the beds thing. Otherwise it would be top five for sure! :oDPhew. Kinda glad not to be the only one who hates reoccurring tasks! Thought I was just a lazy bum. Ha.

    lol, I skip making the bed too! My thinking is I am only gonna get back in it that night.And dishes drive me INSANE!!!! For some reason, washing doesn't bother me as much. Picking up after my husband does. grrrr. lol

    Funny. My wife has somehow trained me to do ALL of these tasks and she does NONE of them. Except laundry. Thank goodness she still does laundry.

    I'm such a domestic godess lol that I don't really mind all of the recurring tasts. I seem ot keep on top of them but have gotten past the stage of stressing if I don't. Housework is so loyal I figure why bother some days, it'll still be there tomorrow. If I could afford a house maid I think I'd still follow her round making sure she was doing it all my way lolThe one thing I do hate doing, is cleaning out the car, cause I know that the next time I get in it it's gonna look just as bad if not worse.

    What really bugs me is putting my clothes back into drawers once the washing is done. I am currently trying to rid myself of drawers altogether.
