Polly does Gwyneth Paltrow

So I loved the dress the lovely Gwen wore to the Oscars. Like, love, loved it. But alas, even my Polly {I imagine} is not that thin, she’d be rocking some curves. So I styled up this look for curves, and for curves you need old school glam. Don’t you think!? Vintage accessories and red makeup. And diamonds, always diamonds.
And FYI at the Oscars I also loved Michelle Williams, Natalie Portman, Jennifer Hudson, the hostest with the MOSTest Anne Hathaway and mostly, Amy Adams {wouldn’t have bothered with that necklace though myself and the emerald on the bracelet just seemed mis-matched}. So yes, there you go.

  7. I totally missed the Oscars, but now need to go an look at the Oscars site for more yummy dresses. Of I go. Thanks for the inspiration (and loving your new look blog). Made by you? Once again… so clever! xx

  8. Beautiful!!!!!I personally think that that dress was a little too young for her but it is an awesome dress; and with her figure who ares lol.great job mel!

  9. I think that your collection is a lot more better than what Gwen was flaunting at the Oscars, I think she was a bit too… up and down, no curve anywhere! Especially with the straight hair and rectangle cut out from the dress. If I could wear silver well, I would definatly dress up in that pretty dress!

  10. I must say, you guys have impeccable taste. HA. Thanks for the comments. I loooove this game.
