You know I am a fan of social media. Obviously. So I would never disqualify someone for their online persona.

BUT…

Today when we were completing a tenant reference, we were given a tip off that this tenant had in fact had a uTube promotion going called Nasty, Greedy Landlords begging for money to pay the rent. Bashing landlords and berating his former landlord for being, well, nasty and greedy. She seemed perfectly nice to me. She said she just asked him to mow his lawn. Sigh. Who knows. 

And that about sums today up. Full moon. ’nuff said.
