| Are YOU ready for the festive season? |
It is that time of year. Time when we all take stock of the the highs and lows of a year gone by. So when asked to pick my favourite post of 2010**, I went a searching. Luckily Suger Coat It is only just over a year old, so I just about have everything that I have ever written to choose from.
I thought. Maybe I’d pick the most popular post. The gadget on the toolbar would choose it for me. And when I went there. It noticed it was a simple post about my time at the National Music Muster. Hmmm. Nah. not my first choice. {And please don’t click on it, it’s not that interesting or good. Goodness knows why it has the most pages views}
And then I thought I should pick one of the posts I had written something big and serious and earth shattering. Like the post on miscarriage or body image or my response to The Fat Fight article in Marie Claire. And then I yawned and got over it. Because while they are posts I am proud of, for me, the best post of 2010 should have a little bit of humour in it.
And that made me think of the reunion ones. Both Hubby’s and mine. Or the telling tales on Hubby ones. They are always good for a laugh. Silly head that he is. I know had to laugh at the mower conspiracy one. Or the one’s about my job; The award winning secrets of a property manager.
So I thought that the best of 2010 needs to be thoughtful, honest, funny and be a least a little bit cool. And the it occurred to me… DERR, of course. I officially announce Suger Coat It’s Best Post of 2010 {for now} is…
