People are about as happy…

… As they make up their mind to be.
And today I am VERY happy. I attend and coach on a seminar on Monday evenings. I always feel so lit up and enlivened after attending. Up to something. Excited. It is good for me. And last night the conversation shifted towards the context we have in life. The thing we say about ourselves or our life that gives us what is possible and what is impossible.

And mine, after much dragging out of the rubbish ones I had, is I am lucky, I am loved and I make a difference. What are you creating as the context (that gives the content) of your life? Share it with me. Tell me about it. Declaring it has power. Share it with us.

    I agree with Cheeseboy. It's a great question. But for me it requires a lot of thoguht to answer that.The title is very thought provoking for me as well.

    Gosh, the things you miss when you skip coming here for a day or two….Baby books, balloons, makeover closures.I really should get here more often.
