Right now I have put the fun, story telling side of the ebook for first home buyers on hold and now I’m on to the research phase. So I’m reading, reading, reading.
I want to make sure I give current up to date information for Australian buyers and good reference points for some other major markets. I’m thinking the USA, UK and probably NZ for it’s proximity to me and from what I can see there are similar real estate rules.
And I’m wondering about photos. I wonder how many photos would be useful in a first home buyer guide. If any. And if I was to use images would it be better to take my own or purchase some. Oh well. I’ll look into that too.
