I’m Excited…

I had a pretty good day. All sorts of shit hit the fan but ultimately it was good. I got soooo much done. I feel like things are moving forward in all areas. And so I’m excited. Very, very excited.
And yet, the day was cloudy and grey and freezing. And to tell you the truth, I am pretty damn over the weather. Bring on the beautiful winter days. Bring on the sunshine. {Speaking of sunshine, how much do you love this print? I found this image on we heart it. Does anyone know where you can buy one online?}
So what am I so excited about? 

Well, I started a new blog this week {link on the right}. How fun is that! It will be the place that I track ideas and plans and development of businesses. A place for me to keep it all and learn and blog about what I’m learning and doing. Money wise. It’s name..? Build it up Buttercup.

Plus, I went to the Dr today and had a chat about everything and feel so much more normal. My new Dr is a genius; funny, weird and totally okay with natural remedies. He made me feel so comfortable about how I have been feeling lately {depressed, slow moving and really sluggish} He suggested a few things that he said would help. Plus printed me some general info and some stuff I asked for regarding artificial sweeteners (OMG! But that is a totally different post) I feel gotten. And isn’t that what you want from a Dr after all. 
Plus, I lost 2kg. I have been implementing the tips that my naturopath gave me. And working with my cousin. I didn’t quite get to the walking thing, but it’s on the list. I think that will be the key going forward. 
Plus, I got a couple of leads on new websites for me to build. And that, means cash! And it’s been a little tight around here, money wise, since hubby went full time in his business. I actually blame that for the little commercial flip out that was Suger Coat It a little while ago. That and the glitz and glamor of commercial blogging. Ha!
You know what, stuff the grey skies. Things are looking up. What’s your upside this week?

    Your doc sounds so cool. Everyone should have a doctor like that. My doctor is a woman that looks exactly like Dr. Ruth. Sometimes I tell her things I probably shouldn't about me – on account she looks like Dr. Ruth (the sex doctor)We have gray skies here as well, but I am in a good mood. Why is that?

    I am pleased things are looking up for you. I have been going through a bit of a yucky time myself. I am learning to relax when this happens and remember that this too will pass. In the mean time I do little things that I enjoy, like getting out in the garden, curling up on those grey days and reading a book, lighting a candle, playing music that I like etc. Generally nurturing myself.     My upside this week is that I've been bitching and moaning about my lost/stolen camera, and I looked up my same camera on ebay, found 2 for sale, have the current highest bid on one (ONE DOLLAR!) and I might have almost my own camera back soon which will have cost me under 10 bucks. Sigh. Thanks for visiting my blog! Yours is lovely!
