Can you help him?

At Day by Day By Dean Dean Boy is asking what to buy, borrow or steal when it comes to baby stuff. And since we all know I have no personal experience I thought you kind people may be able to help him out. And… On the plus side, a quick change of editor and off he goes in the formatting and photo department so it is looking great over there. Thanks…

  1. Sorry this has nothing to do with baby stuff. My youngest is 22 so clearly I have no clue, recent or otherwise. But just wanted to say…love the new look. When did you do that…reasons why you shouldn't read posts from just google reader!

  2. Hey! Always glad to see someone that visits from the reader! lol. It's only about a week or two old. Things change around here a lot. I get bored. And thank you for letting me know you like it.

  3. A bassinet is a top priority for a new baby :O) It is worth it's weight in Gold!! I'd forgo the swing and opt in for a bouncy chair. That's what worked for my little one!Take care,TRacy

  4. BEST SISTER EVERThanks for your help Tracey

  5. A sling, you gotta have a sling- a Baby Bjorn, maybe? And a bouncer- the old fashioned crochet on a frame ones that have just come back into fashion.

  6. Porter-cot…… Set it up in a main area of your house so that when the bub starts rolling etc they don't roll on over & take the coins from the top of your coffee table and eat them… yes, personal experience: got her just in time. :) They're great when they get a little bit older 'cos they can entertain themselves with a couple of toys and it's not as confined as their bassinet and you can use it for it's intended purpose too: As a portable cot when you stay overnight away from your house. :) Also a sling or similar baby carriers are wonderful. :)

  7. Thanks soooo much…Also Mel has a friend that has an awesome deal so we are well on our way without wasting money…!!!
