NO WAY!!!Far out, I can't believe some people, let's just hope Karma hits them up in a big way.

That is horrible! Did she have any record of what she'd stored, can she report them stolen? What sort of people would do that?!?
-
That's pure craziness?! I would never every think of doing that (although, I'm a GOOD tenant with MORALS and stuff). Gawd, I hope you can retrieve it, or get the money to replace it! geezuz!

Wow. What a nerve of that tennant. Did they get the bond back already?
-
Oh, the dirty thieves! They knew certainly well that they didn't own the furniture. I'm such a bitch…because I'd find out where they moved to…pull up in moving van and take the mattress from under their sleeping body. The nerve! (not of me, but them:)

why did she leave it there? why wasn't the shed locked?yest very rude!

to answer a few questions;~ not a complete record of items but a list~ crazy people, thats who~ we're able to claim the bond ~ yes i kno where there are and yes I am going to fetch the stuff~ the owner left it in locked shed to store for her teenage children to have when they moved out of home… in my opinion them BREAKING INTO THE SHED would have been enough to remove them for me! Phew, am glad for the outrage. Thought I was the only sane person left!

On a brighter note….Another nice picture…!!!

Bloody hell, makes me never want to ever rent out a house, or be a real estate agent, I don't know how you do it. Good luck with getting it all back.

OMG! What was the tenant thinking?

It always makes me wonder though why landlords would leave belongings at the property. She could have simply paid for storage and saved everyone the bother.Doesnt make it right to break into the shed, or to steal the items, but it was forseeable and preventable. I think if you're going to rent out a property, that you should vacate it properly first.
