So before I tell you about the FREE PJ SET I have to give away let me tell you about my pjs. I think we have all, at one time or another, had a story like this. In fact Danimezza told a tale just this week! My pjs were a bit of a disgrace. I had this long striped {of COURSE!} old maxi dress from Katies. It was a hand me down from my cousin. in fact it was kind of old when I started wearing it.
After years of use, soon it was REALLY old, worn, kinda holey and covered in paint spatters. It’s a long story but short version is I wore it once painting during a renovation. Mostly it was UGLY. U. G. L. Y. No alibi indeed. Hubby would scrunch up his face every time I put them on. And that was a lot. It was my go to after work outfit. My go to Sunday morning thing. It was NOT sexy. not, NOT sexy. But nothing could sway me to dump it.
Then this day I got a package. Opening the door in my pjs the mail man blushed and mumbled. Not making eye contact he quickly handed it over and shuffled away. Popping into the bathroom, in the full streaming sun a moment later I saw what the mail man saw. My boobs. Those and a pretty darn good view of the general outline of my whole body. Eeeek. Awkward!
It had gone one wash too far. It was basically cheesecloth. The old maxi turned pjs was ditched that very day. I had my modesty to protect. And I know the postie would’ve thanked me, had he ever came back. Hubby was impressed with my new singlet and short combo. He announced ding dong the witch is dead. The stripy, maxi dress witch. Hubby is a total drama queen.
