I get some long awaited, long imagined and fantasised about things. There has to be an upside to managing multiple mortgages for the past, errr, TEN YEARS!! So here it is, my wish list, my plan for a bit of a spree… If it were you, what would YOU buy?

    *sigh* travel!i'm really glad that you're going to profit from selling ;-) when sold our tassie property we walked away with a loss and a debt that is still hanging around our necks :-(enjoy spending!~x~

    I really like that kindle/writing pad holder!If I had house sale cash coming my way, I'd buy leather couches with really soft thick comfy cushions. Something with a 25 year guarantee. Something that wouldn't fall apart in 5 years. Not sure what else I'd buy, but definitely a slightly bigger TV and a kindle.

    Ohhhhh…..shoes!!!!! No, I mean, a sensible education at a good school for my kids. And shoes. Lots of shoes. With matching bags. Which would mean I'd need a new wardrobe. And a facelift, probably, to go with my lipo. Yep.
