As you know, I’m the bossy type. An eldest child with grown up younger siblings kicking life’s butt. That leaves me a little short of people to boss around. And no one likes a bossy boots with no one to boss, SO you guys are going to have to take one for the team. So to speak. You see, I have two super spectacular guest posts live at the moment that you simpy MUST read.

The first is at Hummingbird’s Song, a blog written by blog friend and exercise cheerleader Rhi. It was Rhi’s blog {and tweets} that originally inspired me to get into the Couch to 5km program. What can I say, those toned runner’s legs won me over. Haha. Hello search engine people who come here all the time asking if running tones your legs. It does. Short version. Annnyway. The post is possible one of the best I have written about my love of exercise and I know it’ll motivate you and inspire you to take that extra step to get some exercise today, or this week at least. Because if you’ve ever worked in an office, you’ll know, people are pretty picky about these things and yet no one EVER tells you the rules upfront. Ever. I cannot even count the number of times I have walked into a new environment and thought, sheesh, I wish someone had told me it was ok to wear a polo shirt/that I needed sky high heels/there was a uniform!
