I was a bit afraid of making this. I worried that my fan forced oven wouldn’t be up to the required heat level that it takes to get the Naan to puff up and cook quickly. Well, turns out, at full heat it was. Again from the Thermomix Indian cook book. The ingredients are above. It was simple really. The dough is oily and kinda squishy, FYI. For those playing at home.
