If there’s one thing I know about stuff beauty related, it’s that you need to make sure that the dirt and grime of the day are off you face before you go to bed. Cleansing. It’s important. Earlier this year I wrote a post about having the best skin of my life and it is one thing I forgot to include in that post. Cleansing is smart and waaay essential. Spoken like Cher from Clueless, of course.

It’s been a while since I wrote that one and since then things have got a little loose and easy in the health and fitness category. The only way I’ve been able to maintain some semblance of the skin I tooted my horn about was through being religious with the cleansing. That’s where the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water came in. I don’t like heavy or stingy or harsh. Neither does my skin. So this worked a charm. Smart, simple and easy to use. Right up my alley.

I use a fragrance free wipe, squirt a little of the product onto it and wipe over my entire face. Makeup is no match for this stuff. Dirt and grime, same deal. I don’t know if you’ve ever washed your face and then wiped over it only to find more residue, but I have. And this just doesn’t happen when you use this magic water cleansing stuff. Hot tip, it’s also great on the end of a q-tip to remove mascara or eyeliner mistakes.

Short version? Love it. Glad to have tried it. I’ve already bought a second bottle. Win.
